Grand Theft Auto San Andreas Highly Compressed (3MB)

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is a 2004 open world action-adventure video game developed by games developer Rockstar North in the United Kingdom and published by Rockstar Games. It is the third 3D game in the Grand Theft Auto video game franchise, the fifth original console release and eighth game overall. Originally released for the PlayStation 2 in October 2004, the game has since been released for the Xbox and Microsoft Windows (PC) in June 2005, then released to PSN in December 2012 and has received wide acclaim and high sales figures on all three platforms. It is the best-selling game of all time on PlayStation 2. It was made available on Steam on January 4, 2008, and on Intel-based Macs running a minimum of Mac OS X 10.6.6 in September 2011. San Andreas was released for the PlayStation 3 via PlayStation Network in December 2012. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas was succeeded by Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and was preceded by Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
The game is set in the semi-fictional state of San Andreas, which contains three metropolitan cities: Los Santos, based on Los Angeles, San Fierro, based on San Francisco and Las Venturas, based on Las Vegas. Set in 1992, San Andreas revolves around the gang member Carl "CJ" Johnson returning home from Liberty City to Los Santos, San Andreas, after learning of his mother's murder. CJ finds his old friends and family in disarray. Over the course of the game, CJ gradually unravels the plot behind his mother's murder.
The high-level plot strongly resembles the rivalry between Los Angeles street gangs the Bloods and Crips, the Crack epidemic, the LAPD Rampart scandal, and even culminates in a spoof of the 1992 Los Angeles riots.San Andreas is structured similarly to the previous two games in the series. The core gameplay consists of elements of a third-person shooter and a driving game, affording the player a large, open world environment in which to move around. On foot, the player's character is capable of walking, eating, running, sprinting, swimming, climbing (the first GTA game in which swimming and climbing are possible) and jumping as well as using weapons and various forms of hand to hand combat. Players can drive a variety of vehicles, including automobiles, buses, semis, boats, fixed wing aircraft, helicopters, trains, tanks, motorcycles and bikes. Players may also import vehicles rather than steal them.

Instructions:

  1. Download and extract with "WinRAR"
  2. Open"KGB Archiver"Folder
  3. Open"kgb_arch_decompress
  4. Then open"GTASA.kgb",and select that area where you want to extract the file.
Well Done!

UMPlayer + Full Version

When it comes to playing multimedia files, it is best to use an application that supports a wide range of formats, especially when it also features numerous integrated audio and video codecs. UMPlayer packs all these functions and wraps them in a user-friendly interface so all of them can be accessed with ease.

UMPlayer's interface is clean and simple, and it also comes with theme support, which means its appearance can be customized using downloadable packages. This way, everyone can personalize it according to their needs.

In addition to the top menu that provides instant access to most functions of the application, the user can also right click inside the main window to get some additional options when playing a multimedia file. One can adjust the subtitle, customize the video quality and preferences, modify the audio track and change the program skin on the go.

One of the helpful features integrated into UMPlayer is the subtitle search function which allows users to look for subtitles on the fly.

UMPlayer can deal with almost any multimedia file, be it AAC, AC3, ASF, AVI, DIVX, FLV, H.263, Matroska, MOV, MP3, MP4, MPEG, OGG, QT, RealMedia, VOB, Vorbis, WAV, WMA, WMV or XVID.

All in all, UMPlayer is a nice addition to the multimedia player market, although there is still room for improvement. More skins, better functionality but with the same simple and easy to use interface, these could improve its appeal among users.

KMPlayer + Full Version

A new Windows installation usually requires that third-party software is also installed in order to meet daily demands. Whether you think of an antivirus, a CD / DVD tool, compression utility, file manager, Internet browser, office suite or multimedia players, you normally go with a particular set. When it comes to video players, there a few that really do their job properly. KMPlayer sits at the top, sharing its ranks with other notorious applications such as Windows Media Player, VLC media player, BS.Player or Gom Player.

The installation process of KMPlayer needs your focus as you go from one step to the next one. You are asked to select the type of install by choosing from `Recommended`, `Full Install` and other codec-free installations. This is the first place where you encounter one of the reasons that list KMPlayer as `ad-supported` on Softpedia – the PandoraTV Desktop icon. At the end of the process, you are also prompted to install the KMPMedia Search Bar – you can easily decline this.

The KMPlayer Wizard welcomes you as you run the application for the first time and proves to be of great aid in configuring the video player. You can opt for `Default Setting`, `Keep existing setting` or go with a new `User define Setting`. In case you selected the last of the options, the wizard gradually takes you from selecting an optimized preset for either Performance, General Use and Quality to `Decoder Usage`, `Work Priority`, `Subtitle Configuration`, `Speaker Setup` and `Skin Selection`.

The interface provided by KMPlayer is simply brilliant – it's clean yet stylish. It enables you to quickly access the options of the video player within a few clicks by approaching the intuitive side within. The program virtually supports every media format, both video (AVI, MOV, MPEG, MKV, MP4, FLV, 3GP, TS, WMV, ASF, SWF or RM) and audio (MP3, AAC, WAV, WMA, CDA, FLAC, M4A, MID, OGG, AC3 or DTS). Besides, it also features support for Pictures, Playlists, Subtitles and even CD Image files.

KMPlayer comes in handy for those of you in possession of an analog or digital capture device. The application connects to either WDM TV and BDA HDTV devices and brings the stream to your desktop in no time at all. No matter the source, the playback is flawless and the video processing technologies are put to best use.

Highly customizable, KMPlayer offers many settings to tweak just by right-clicking on its interface - `Screen Controls`, `Pan & Scan`, `3D Subtitle Control`, `Capture` or `Control Box` are just a few of them. For further, deeper configuration, you can always enter the Preferences window and enjoy a great array of options – you may lose track of time by getting in here and end up spending hours setting each and every aspect of the video player.

KMPlayer covers the basics of video playback and smoothly goes beyond this by providing advanced features and customization at your fingertips. Whether you are part of the beginner's guild or a more demanding community, this application is easy-to-use and nifty at the same time. Nevertheless, KMPlayer deserves to be regarded as one the truly well-built media players out there and a clever alternative to any player.

GOM Player 2 + Full Version

GOM Media Player for Windows handles most of the more common video formats, including MP4, AVI, MKV, and more. It comes with a sleeker, more media center-focused design and packs plenty of codecs under the hood to play just about any media format you throw at it.
The initial installation is standard, like any other Windows product: accept a couple terms, set a destination folder, and choose to opt in or out of an offer from AVG. After installation completes, GOM will guide you through an optional setup process to optimize initial use based on sound and monitor setup.
You'll be introduced to a 4:3 ratio default window with an orange, black, and silver theme that will make you wonder if Halloween came early. Your token playback tools like Play, Stop, and Skip Forward and Back are located on the bottom left corner, and control panels for managing your media content are located on the opposite side. In the middle is a small, integrated upsell ticker that links users to any of GOM's other products or video content. Though this can easily be removed by switching to another skin, it's far less intrusive than other attempts at product promotions that we've seen in many other apps.
Right above is a timeline that's extremely narrow; this is fine for standard keyboard/mouse users but hardly ideal for touch. Right-clicking anywhere on the player will expose even more detailed options and audio/video-related tweaks like those found in other open-source players. You can add custom audio EQ effects, tweak subtitle lengths, and even take burst screenshots to capture particular moments from videos. However, some of the language was a bit confusing: GOM labels screen rotation as "flip input/output." Not a deal- breaker by any means, but not a labor-intensive fix either.
Power users are given the added option to set custom hot keys and even sync their remote iOS and Android devices like tablets and phones to control the media player over Wi-Fi. And though this feature works for the most part, buggy playback and less-than-stellar navigation do not make this prime time-ready.
But when it came to video playback, GOM was no slouch. Videos played and looked as they should, and it was easy enough to incrementally tweak your picture settings during live play.
Whether you choose this or VLC, both are solid media players, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. GOM tries to do a lot, and though some of those attempts could use some work, its core mode is rock solid: watching your favorite Global Starcraft II League (GSL) masters duke it out in this season of GSL.

RealPlayer + Full Version

RealPlayer is an all-in-one media player that's able to play virtually all multimedia files out there, while offering users a bunch of extra features. The program is not at all difficult to use and it addresses both advanced and less experienced users.

The installer is full of options, allowing to choose right from the beginning whether to place shortcuts on desktop or to use RealPlayer for opening multimedia files that are not yet associated with another application.

The application may not surprise you at first sight, as RealPlayer greets the user with its now well-known browsing window. The interface is simple, yet stylish and comprises the player itself, a Library section that allows you to organize your media content and a CD burner.

RealPlayer has support for most audio and video formats out there, boasting the same features as many other digital media players out there, including playlists, libraries, equalizers and even burning capabilities. Of course, RealPlayer also allows you to listen to online radio stations, as the app includes over 3,200 stations from all over the world.

What we liked the most was definitely the fact that RealPlayer can handle basically all multimedia files on our computer, but on the other hand, a few interface upgrades here and there would be great.

RealPlayer acts as a multimedia center for your computer. It is not just a player, but it can also be tagged as a media organization tool and a CD burning utility. All of these, together with its accessibility and ease of use make it worth your while.

VLC Media Player + Full Version

What's the top media player? Opinions differ, but if you mean one that's open-source freeware, plays more files than the others, can be totally customized and configured to suit, and is not only updated frequently but also regularly offers new features and options created by a huge community of programmers and users, the answer is VLC Media Player.
Our default media player for years, VLC has managed to stay ahead of the competition in features and performance, if not always looks, though that's easy enough to fix if you want to. VLC and its source code are maintained by the all-volunteer VideoLAN Organization.
VLC is quick and easy to install. You can make VLC your default media player for various (or all) file types, but if you just want to try VLC without giving up your current player, you can skip the file associations. We clicked the familiar orange-and-white traffic cone icon to open VLC's famously plain interface, which is also a model of efficient layout design (and completely customizable, in any case: clicking the skinned player option in VideoLAN's Start Menu folder opens VLC in a sleek new view).
Effects? VLC has 'em: Audio, Video, and Synchronization effects, including a graphic equalizer with many presets; totally customizable dynamic range compression; an audio spatializer tool; AtmoLight video effects; interactive zoom; logos and overlays; and even special effects like blur, wave, water, and mirror effects. VLC's minimized interface hides the player's controls until you need them, and a raft of hot keys make it easy to toggle between views and to quickly access any of VLC's features. Playback quality is as good as it gets. We've used VLC to play MP3s, WAVs, CDs, DVDs, Flash video, and other formats. As for support, few programs of any sort can match VLC's Help files and wikis, and its dedicated community of users, forums and other online resources.
From myriad file types to playlists to codecs and video capture, if it's useful to have in a media player, VLC has probably got it or soon will. VLC plays everything: if there's a media file it can't play but should, just ask!
